Melanie created Off The Map to liberate badass women into living their dream and purpose because the world needs what we have. The world needs us to play big. And we need to learn how to play big without losing our minds! Making that and more possible for women is why Melanie is also a gifted Life Alchemist and Paradigm Breaker.
During her earlier career, Melanie has been fortunate to earn her MBA, serve as CEO three times (twice reporting to Boards – #CEO4Others), provide executive coaching and strategic consulting to purpose driven leaders and organizations, all during a successful 25+ year career leading organizations with 8 figure budgets and deeply immersed in the sciences informing us what humans need to survive and, better yet, thrive (neuroscience, epigenetics, hope theory, goal attainment, child and human development across the lifespan, etc). Tending to the craft of her core essence’s magic and ever-expanding nature and continually aligning it to her income generating strategy in a manner that makes her work activities as close to a natural byproduct of that craft has been the key all along.
