Along with her PhD in Clinical Psychology, Allison holds a certification in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University, and is board certified in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Life Coaching. Dr. Agliata began her career in the United States Air Force as a military psychologist and then fell into the field of education and administration. Due to her diverse background, she has a wide range of expertise related to developing strong communication and managements skill, team building, and strategic planning.
